| Filing Form LM-2 electronically using Adobe Reader |
| If your labor organization's fiscal year began July 1, 2004, or later and total annual receipts were $250,000 or more, you must complete and file the Revised Form LM-2 electronically with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS).
To successfully complete and file the Revised Form LM-2, you may now use either Adobe® Reader® version 6.x or Adobe® Reader® version 7. Previously, the Revised Form LM-2 would only function properly using Adobe® Reader® version 6.x. To download Adobe® Reader® free from the Adobe Web site, go to: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2_allversions.html. Select the appropriate operating system and version you are using on your computer and click continue. Then check the box for either Adobe® Reader® version 6.0.1 or version 7.0.5 and click "download." To download the Revised Form LM-2 software, go to the OLMS Web site at: http://www.dol.gov/esa/regs/compliance/olms/revisedlm2.htm.
