Keep in mind that the new Electronic Forms Package is 21 megabytes in size and a broadband internet connection (DSL, cable) is the preferred method for downloading. Those with a dial-up modem will likely experience considerably long download times.

Installation Instructions

1. Download Electronic Forms Package (.exe) (21 mb) See System Requirements

2. Select the "Save" option and save the file to your desktop.

3. Double click the "OLMS3" file. It is recommended that you quit all other programs before running the installation.

4. When the system prompts you to enter a Filler Registration Key, simpy click "Next". A dialogue box displays, asking you to confirm that you are using Keyed Forms and do not need the Registration Key. Click "Yes" to continue, and follow the instructions on screen to complete installation.
