There you will find a provider search tool, timely articles, interactive quizzes, online courses, news stories and other resources that can help.

Please follow these instructions to access the National Railway Carriers (UTU) site:

1. Go to https://www.achievesolutions.net/utu.
    
2. On the left hand side of the page, under "First Time Visitor?," click on the blue text that reads, "click here." This will take you to a new page.
    
3. Step 1: Verify Your Eligibility. Enter the username "utu" and the password "solutions".
    
4. Step 2: Create your own personal username and password. Your password must be at least 6 characters and include one symbol (!,@,#, etc.).
    
5. Click "Submit."

At your next visit, just enter your personal username and password on the right hand side of the first login page.
