Live Arbitration Documents

At the United Transportation Union's regional meeting in Asheville, North Carolina, UTU members were able to view a live arbitration hearing conducted through the National Mediation Board's WebEx online service.

The case, which was heard in its entirety, was chosen specifically for the UTU regional meeting to give UTU members and others the opportunity to experience the NMB's WebEx service firsthand.
