The United Transportation Union maintains thousands of documents on file in the Research and Schedule Department at the International in Cleveland. In line with President Little's request that many of these documents, including the National Agreements, NRAB Division Awards, Public Law Boards, Special Boards of Adjustment, and Arbitration Board Awards, be made available to our Officers, as well as our members, which will provide them with valuable ruling procedures in understanding and handling grievances under the Railway Labor Act.
