A priority of this administration has
been to secure the best health care available for our membership. This
includes giving them a choice of health care providers. By enrolling
with Regence Life and Health in October 1999, a large portion of our
membership chose BlueCross and BlueShield as their healthcare provider
starting January 1, 2000. |

membership, Regence and Magellan Behavioral Health have established a
direct link to their web sites through this page. By accessing
their sites, information is available about the BCBS plan, how and when
to enroll, search the BCBS provider network, and general health and
