Membership Services

The Membership Services Department was established in 1995 in order to better serve UTU members and/or their families with questions regarding the Health and Welfare Plan, Railroad Retirement Board updates, Board of Appeals decisions, Board of Directors decisions, and interpretations of the UTU Constitution.

In addition, UTU members are kept up to date by information posted on the UTU's website, Circular Letter, UTU News or UTU Retiree News of any changes in the Health and Welfare Plan. If a UTU Member has any questions regarding these topics, they should contact the International Office requesting the information desired.
