We previously advised you of the termination of Valley Hospital from our Northern NJ networks effective December 31, 1997.

We are pleased to inform you that Aetna U.S. Healthcare™ has reached a mutually beneficial agreement with Valley Hospital. Effective July 28,1998 Valley Hospital was added back to the Northern NJ network.
