Provider Changes

Aetna U.S. Healthcare has announced the following changes in its provider network:

The company has extended its contract with The Physicians, Inc., management group in the Louisville, Ky., area. The contract had been set to expire last month; two groups, Associated Radiologists and Charleston Surgical Group, both in Charleston, W.Va., have re-joined the network; Doctors Robert Jantz, Hardie Sorels, Brian Hughey and William Littman have opted out of the Primary Care Physician program in the Lebanon, Tenn., area; 25 primary care physicians in the Johnson City, Tenn., area who are members of the State of Franklin Medical Group have dropped out of Aetna's program.
