Brothers and Sisters,

Please be advised that the latest company offer was accepted today by a 25 to 20 margin.

The agreement contained a 2% wage increase retroactive to Sept. 1, 1999, a 1.5% wage increase effective Sept. 1, 2000 and a 2% wage increase effective Sept. 1, 2001.

There were increases in the Benefit Plan and some minor, but beneficial, changes in contract language governing working conditions.
